The toilet works, but has no power to flush and backs up easily.

The standard is $79.00 per hour, with $79.00 upfront even if the toilet is fixed in 5 minutes.

depends on your location. i paid 120 on a Saturday morning. seemed fair. do you have city sewer ? do you have a city clean out ? if so, the city will more than likely come out for free to snake from your clean out to the street. it’s worth trying first if it’s free.

My plumber charges me $100 an hour with no upfront fee.
Have you try buying liquid base solution from Home Depot? There are also cheap tool available to unclog your toilet. I was about to call a plumber last time I had a clogged toilet, but I ended up fixing it with a toilet spring drill. It cost me $8 only. Good luck.
