I don’t really mind the increase in taxes, if we had a flat tax a whole lot of people would not be able to pay their taxes. However, I know for a fact that small businesses will have more trouble making overhead, benefits, paychecks, and any other expenses that are required by small businesses. It really seems to me that this will hurt the backbone of American economics, the small business, but then again, I could be wrong.

Joe’s assertion that Obama is “redistributing wealth” by cutting taxes for the middle class and raising taxes on the wealthy and is therefore a “socialist” is absurd. Cutting taxes first of all is the bread and butter Republican economics. It only bothers him because business owners will have to pay more taxes, but what if you raise taxes on the middle class and give tax breaks to business owners who pay more? Wouldn’t that also be redistributing wealth? He’s not making sense.
